The International Exhibition and Convention Centre EXPO Krakow was designed to adjust to a broad range of events, such as exhibitions, congresses, conferences, business meetings, presentations, festivals with live music, culinary exhibitions, dancing shows, fashion shows  and many others. This conference centre is one of the largest and most prestigious ones of this type in the southern Poland. The 14 000 sqm  houses two open space halls, a number of seminar and meeting rooms, over 700 parking slots. The parking is well lit, monitored and fenced. At the main entrance area there are parking facilities for the disabled and families with small children. Unless specified otherwise by event organizers the park is paid. It’s worth to mention there is a restaurant located on the mezzanine.”Bistro Galicja” besides traditional polish dishes serves also international cuisine and delicious desserts. The opening hours are set and announced by the event organizers on every occasion. On the premises are also available facilities for the disabled. All offices, halls, and rooms are at ground level and the restaurant is accessible by lifts situated by the main entrance. All doorways are wheelchair friendly. Should there occur emergency situation there is also available first  aid point situated at the entrance to the “Wisła” hall, the largest one on the grounds. The baby facilities are located nearby the entrance to the smaller hall “Dunaj”. 

    At the lobby’s main entrance there is available a cash point. Approximately ten minutes  on foot, away from the main building, at Aleja Pokoju 67, you may find M1 shopping centre where you may find another cash point. This mall also has a currency exchange. The external grounds are very well maintained and could be used as an exhibition area  during the event.

           On every occasion event organisers should inform you about the number and location of cloakrooms and safe deposit locker rooms. For the comfort of bicycle enthusiast’s there are available bicycle stands on the both sides of the building. The area is monitored however it is advised for additional security to secure your bikes individually. In the immediate neighbourhood you may find also a petrol station. You can easily reach the facilities using public transport. The buses 174 and 178 stop at “M1 Nowohucka” bus stop. At the tram station “Nowohucka” arrive tram lines 1,14 and 22. Discounts for selected hotels are offered for organisers and guests of the events at the EXPO Kraków centre.
